Terms of Use
Effective date: August 9, 2026
Welcome to Antenna.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Antenna, including the website available at antenna.wtf and any related services, features, or applications operated by Antenna.
By creating an account or using Antenna, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
1. About Antenna
Antenna is a social platform for discovering, sharing, discussing, and organizing album listening experiences.
Antenna does not sell music and does not itself provide a commercial music streaming service. Music, album artwork, metadata, external links, embedded content, and information about recordings may originate from third-party services or publicly available sources.
Availability of any album, metadata, artwork, link, or third-party service is not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are under the age at which you may independently consent to the use of an online service where you live, you may use Antenna only with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to use the service.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You agree not to impersonate another person; create accounts using false or misleading identities; access another user's account without authorization; attempt to circumvent account restrictions or security measures; or use automated systems to create accounts or abuse the service.
You should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User content
Antenna may allow you to post or share content including comments, descriptions, listening invitations, profile information, links, images, or other material ("User Content").
You retain ownership of any rights you have in your User Content.
By posting User Content on Antenna, you grant Antenna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process that content only as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and display the service.
This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is technically necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, or where the content has been shared with others in a manner that cannot reasonably be reversed.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to publish it.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Antenna to publish, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that violates applicable law; infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; contains malware or malicious code; attempts to gain unauthorized access to Antenna or another system; intentionally disrupts the service; constitutes spam, fraud, harassment, threats, or abuse; impersonates another person or organization; exploits or harms minors; or is otherwise reasonably considered harmful to Antenna, its users, or third parties.
We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with the law, or maintain the security and integrity of Antenna.
6. Music, artwork and metadata
Antenna may display information about albums, artists, recordings, credits, artwork, release dates, labels, and related material obtained from third-party databases, APIs, user submissions, or publicly available sources.
Such information may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed by its original source.
Displaying music-related information on Antenna does not imply ownership, endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the relevant artist, label, publisher, rights holder, or third-party service.
All trademarks, album artwork, recordings, compositions, photographs, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
7. Copyright and intellectual property
Users must not upload or publish material that they do not have the right to use.
If you believe content available through Antenna infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us and provide enough information to identify the material and explain your claim.
We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material while evaluating a complaint.
Antenna's own software, branding, interface, logos, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.
8. Third-party services and links
Antenna may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties, including music platforms, databases, websites, and social networks.
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Antenna does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Following an external link is at your own discretion.
9. Availability of the service
We aim to keep Antenna available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, changes to external APIs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
10. Account suspension and termination
We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated; the account presents a security risk; the account is being used fraudulently or abusively; continued access could harm other users or the service; or suspension is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
Where appropriate, users may contact us to request review of an account restriction.
You may stop using Antenna at any time and may request deletion of your account.
11. Privacy
Your use of Antenna is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, retained, and protected.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service and user information. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You agree not to attempt to test, bypass, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise Antenna's security systems except where expressly authorized by law or by us.
13. Disclaimer
Antenna is provided on an "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that all information displayed through the service will always be complete, accurate, current, or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antenna will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, from third-party services, or from the actions of other users.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, applicable law, or our practices change.
When changes are material, we may provide notice through Antenna, by email, or through another appropriate method.
The current version and its effective date will remain available through the service.
